By using the services of Horizon Accountancy Ltd ("the Firm"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients and website visitors. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
2. Our Services
Horizon Accountancy Ltd provides professional accountancy, tax advisory, business consultancy, and mortgage advisory services. The specific services provided to each client will be set out in a separate engagement letter signed by both parties prior to work commencing.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information as reasonably required by us to perform our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to us and for decisions made on the basis of our advice.
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees will be as agreed in the engagement letter. We operate on a fixed-fee basis unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we provide advice to the best of our professional knowledge, Horizon Accountancy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on our advice. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or our regulatory obligations as an AAT licensed practice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Horizon Accountancy Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
